Air-conditioned room centrally located near bus and train stations. Helpful staff, well-organized breakfast area. Stayed in a more expensive place before without aircon, recommend this for solo travelers. Convenient to restaurants, clean room with a small balcony. Close to Rialto, St. Marks, and bus terminal.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways! the location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to a very good restaurant and the charming canal. It was so convenient to explore all the attractions on foot. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. They made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities we needed. The air conditioning was a great relief in the summer heat. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us the perfect start to the day.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided us with the door code for convenient access. Great location, only a 10-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Unexpectedly enjoyable roof terrace. Nearby coffee shops for breakfast.

The staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The atmosphere was welcoming and the location was good, near a nice piazza for drinks and evening relaxation. The roof was a great place to retreat to in the early evening for snacks. You are a hop skip and a jump from Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari with its glorious interior, choir, and lovely Bellini. You are close to the canal and the S. Toma pick up by the vaporetti. Close enough to St. Marco but beyond the crowds. Happy chatter rises up from the streets....so closing the windows is helpful and the air conditioning keeps you cool. They booked restaurants for us, stored our extra bag when we went to Murano for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional. For such a reasonable price, I was able to stay in a room with air conditioning and three very comfortable beds plus two single ones. The basic amenities were well taken care of, and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with it being close to St Lucia station, a great restaurant, and the bus station. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.
Not a single flaw, everything was perfect!

Reasonably good location: close to the centre and to the boat, but still relatively quiet. Interned worked well in the lobby. The staff was generally friendly.
It's a 3 star hotel, but in most places in Europe it would get at most 2, and probably just 1. My room was very small, and it wasn't exactly very clean (traces of dead mosquitos on the walls). Breakfast was very basic and mainly sweet (croissants, honey, muesli, etc.). There was no soap in my room when I arrived in the evening, but the receptionist only suggested that I buy it myself in the market (for which it was too late in the day). I got it directly from the maid on the next day, but then it disappeared on the following day, so I had to ask again. Very bizarre.

Small, friendly hotel with helpful staff. A really good feature of the hotel Pantalon is its location within easy walk of the St Toma Vaporetto stop and also many places of interest. The reception staff are helpful.
Our room on the second floor was small, noisy because it overlooked the street and was very, very hot due to the heating not the sun - so much so that they moved us, without hesitation, to a larger room on the first floor which was cool, for which we were very grateful The continental breakfasts were on the basic side with the fruit juice one morning being heavily diluted with wqter it seemed.
